Through embodiment of the present invention, saturated current passing through the driving transistor is relevant to the power voltage and the grayscale data voltage. Furthermore, both the power voltage and the grayscale data voltage are fixed values, that is, current passing through the light-emitting device is guaranteed to the constant.
