In another embodiment, the ME-tracking and/or the PE-working are adjusted to minimum operation needs by using ME-partial (MEP) and/or PE-partial (PEP). PEP is arranged aligned with MEP. In yet another embodiment, the PE working period is delayed such that the PE working period is aligned with the ME tracking period.
