The NiFeX film comprises about 1 atomic percent to about 12 atomic percent of X, about 30 atomic percent to about 50 atomic percent of Ni, and balance of Fe. The NiFeX film comprises a plurality of layers, each layer comprising a first sublayer having a Re content of about 1 atomic percent to about 43 atomic percent and a second sublayer having a Re content of about 0 atomic percent to about 12 atomic percent.
