The allocated resources may be provided during a subsequent second time slot. A second group of UEs may be notified, during the first time slot, of physical RF resources allocated for downlink data for the second group of resources, and such downlink data may be provided to the second group of UEs during the first time slot via the allocated physical RF resources.
