While it is in dedicated mode, the user equipment performs measurements on the frequencies to obtain a respective measurement value for each one of them, and receives a selection indicator message comprising a respective priority for each one of the frequencies. The user equipment obtains a respective threshold value for each of the frequencies and successively evaluates the frequencies in descending priority order until a frequency is determined for which the measurement value exceeds its respective threshold value.
