The aperiodic SRS is transmitted in the reserved SC-FDMA symbol when triggered by a base station. The uplink data is not mapped to the SC-FDMA symbol reserved for the aperiodic SRS regardless of whether the aperiodic SRS is transmitted in the reserved SC-FDMA symbol or not.
