A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive a first channel (e.g., downlink shared channel), power commands for a second channel (e.g., dedicated channel) and power commands for a third channel (e.g., uplink shared channel). The WTRU may transmit in a transmission time interval at least one of the second channel and the third channel. Acknowledgments and negative acknowledgements to signals received over the first channel may be sent on the third channel.
