The thin film transistor comprises an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The drain electrode is electrically connected with the pixel electrode. The passivation layer covers the source electrode, the drain electrode and the pixel electrode. The sub-pixel unit further includes a test electrode which is electrically connected with the pixel electrode and is exposed at an external surface of the sub-pixel unit.
