The mobile apparatus continuously receives data from the source BS according to the source BS temporary CSI configuration, and synchronizes with the target BS while receiving data. The source BS stops transmitting data to the mobile apparatus based on a request from the mobile apparatus or signal quality of the mobile apparatus, and forwards un-transmitted data to the target BS.
