One ion storage layer, one electrochromic layer and one second transparent electrode are sequentially formed on each of the first transparent electrodes, and the electrochromic layer is configured to switch from a transparent state to a shading state when different drive voltages are applied to the first and second transparent electrodes. A method for producing an electrochromic grating is also provided.
