The expression message includes an expression code and a location tag. The expression application server can analyze the expression message to determine whether increased granularity is desired for use in determining an expression match to the expression code. In response to determining that the increased granularity is desired, the expression application server can request additional location information from a location platform. The expression application server can receive the additional location information from the location platform.
