A plurality of wireless nodes respectively searches for one of the ZCs to join to a corresponding controller network thereof after the ZCs enable the joining-permitted function. The ZC-head collects data of the wireless nodes through the ZCs, and generates configuration messages for each wireless node based on the collected data. The ZCs disconnect all network connections after the collection is completed.
