Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.
1. A touch display device, comprising: a first substrate; a second substrate; a display medium, located between the first substrate and the second substrate; and a pixel array structure, located between the first substrate and the display medium, wherein the pixel array structure comprises: a first scan line; a data line, intersecting the first scan line and comprising a plurality of first vertical portions; a first active device, electrically connected with the first scan line and the data line; a plurality of pixel electrodes, arranged in an array; a signal electrode layer, comprising a plurality of signal electrodes, and at least a part of the signal electrodes overlapping the pixel electrodes; and a signal transmission layer, comprising a signal line comprising a plurality of second vertical portions, wherein the signal line is disposed between two adjacent columns of the pixel electrodes and electrically connected with one of the signal electrodes, at least a part of the data line is located outside the signal line, and the first vertical portions partially overlap the second vertical portions in a line-width direction.
2. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein at least a part of the signal line is located outside the data line.
3. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein another part of the data line overlaps the signal line, and an overlapping area of the data line and the signal line is less than or equal to 50% of an overall area of the data line.
4. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the data line further comprises a plurality of first turning portions, one of the first turning portions is connected between two first vertical portions, the signal line further comprises a plurality of second turning portions, one of the second turning portions is connected between two second vertical portions, and the first turning portions intersect the second turning portions, and one of the first vertical portions is located on an extension line of one of the second vertical portions.
5. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the data line is totally located outside the signal line.
6. The touch display device according to claim 5 , further comprising a second scan line and a second active devices, wherein the first scan line is adjacent to the second scan line, the first active device is connected with the first scan line, the second active device is connected with the second scan line, and the first active device and the second active device are simultaneously connected with a same data line.
7. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the signal transmission layer further comprises a signal connection line, a length of the signal connection line is less than a length of the data line, the data line has at least one exposed segment and at least one overlapping segment, the exposed segment is located outside the signal connection line, and the overlapping segment overlaps the signal connection line.
8. The touch display device according to claim 7 , wherein the exposed segment and the overlapping segment are arranged along an extending direction of the data line.
9. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the signal transmission layer further comprises a plurality of signal connection lines connected with a same signal electrode.
10. The touch display device according to claim 9 , wherein the signal transmission layer further comprises a connection line, and the connection line connects the signal connection lines altogether.
11. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the signal electrode layer is connected to a common potential.
12. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the signal electrodes have a plurality of slits, and the signal electrodes are more adjacent to the display medium than the pixel electrodes.
13. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the pixel electrodes have a plurality of slit, and the pixel electrodes are more adjacent to the display medium than the signal electrodes.
14. The touch display device according to claim 1 , further comprising: an insulation layer, disposed between the data line and the signal transmission layer.
15. The touch display device according to claim 1 , further comprising: a touch sensing circuit, connected with the signal electrode layer.
16. The touch display device according to claim 15 , wherein the touch sensing circuit senses a change of capacitance coupled by the signal electrodes.
17. The touch display device according to claim 1 , wherein the display medium is liquid crystal.
