A terminal apparatus that communicates with a base station apparatus, the terminal apparatus comprising: reception circuitry that receives, using a higher layer signal, information indicating whether a subframe belongs to a first subframe set or a second subframe set; and processing circuitry that: computes a type-2 power headroom for the subframe using a first set of parameters and a second set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the first subframe set; and computes the type-2 power headroom using the second set of parameters and a third set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the second subframe set; wherein the first set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the first subframe set; the second set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink control channel; and the third set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the second subframe set.

A base station apparatus that communicates with a terminal apparatus, the base station apparatus comprising: transmission circuitry that transmits, using a higher layer signal, information indicating whether a subframe belongs to a first subframe set or a second subframe set; and reception circuitry that receives a type-2 power headroom for the subframe; wherein the type-2 power headroom is computed by the terminal apparatus using a first set of parameters and a second set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the first subframe set; the power headroom is computed by the terminal apparatus using the second set of parameters and a third set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the second subframe set; the first set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the first subframe set; the second set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink control channel; and the third set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the second subframe set.

A communication method for a terminal apparatus that communicates with a base station apparatus, the communication method comprising: receiving, using a higher layer signal, information indicating whether a subframe belongs to a first subframe set or a second subframe set; computing a type-2 power headroom for the subframe using a first set of parameters and a second set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the first subframe set; and computing the type-2 power headroom using the second set of parameters and a third set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the second subframe set; wherein the first set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the first subframe set; the second set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink control channel; and the third set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the second subframe set.

A communication method for a base station apparatus that communicates with a terminal apparatus, the communication method comprising: transmitting, using a higher layer signal, information indicating whether a subframe belongs to a first subframe set or a second subframe set; and receiving a type-2 power headroom for the subframe; wherein the type-2 power headroom is computed by the terminal apparatus using a first set of parameters and a second set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the first subframe set; the power headroom is computed by the terminal apparatus using the second set of parameters and a third set of parameters in a case that the subframe belongs to the second subframe set; the first set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the first subframe set; the second set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink control channel; and the third set of parameters relates to transmission power control for transmission on a physical uplink shared channel in the subframe belonging to the second subframe set.
