1

1. A method, comprising: receiving, by a computing device at a first time, a first indication of an association between a user device and a first premises device; receiving, by the computing device at a second time, a second indication of a dissociation between the user device and the first premises device; receiving a third indication comprising a location of the user device; determining, based on the third indication, that the location has a campaign associated with the location; determining, based on the first indication and the second indication, whether a time period between the first time and the second time satisfies a threshold; and sending, based on the threshold being satisfied and the location, the campaign to the user device.

2

2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising determining, based on user demographic information of a user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign.

3

3. The method of claim 2 , wherein the user is determined based on an identity confidence level of the user.

4

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the first premises device is associated with a location of an entity.

5

5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising activating the campaign based on a continued presence of the user device within a range associated with the first premises device.

6

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein the third indication comprises an association between the user device and a second premises device, wherein the second premises device is associated with a second premises device location.

7

7. A method, comprising: receiving a first indication of a discovery between a user device and a first premises device; receiving a second indication of a discovery between the user device and a second premises device; determining whether the second premises device is associated with a campaign; determining, based on the second premises device being associated with the campaign, whether one or more conditions associated with the campaign are satisfied, wherein a condition of the one or more conditions is based on the discovery between the user device and the first premises device; and sending, to the user device based on at least one of the one or more conditions being satisfied, an advertisement associated with the campaign.

8

8. The method of claim 7 , further comprising determining, based on user demographic information of a user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign.

9

9. The method of claim 8 , wherein the user is determined based on an identity confidence level of the user.

10

10. The method of claim 7 , wherein the first premises device is associated with a first location of a first entity.

11

11. The method of claim 7 , wherein the second premises device is associated with a second location of a second entity.

12

12. The method of claim 7 , wherein the condition comprises a continued presence of the user device within a range associated with the first premises device.

13

13. The method of claim 7 , wherein the condition comprises a proximity of the user device to the first premises device.

14

14. An apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and a memory storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: receive, at a first time, a first indication of an association between a user device and a first premises device; receive, at a second time, a second indication of a dissociation between the user device and the first premises device; receive a third indication comprising a location of the user device; determine, based on the third indication, that the location has a campaign associated with the location; determine, based on the first indication and the second indication, whether a time period between the first time and the second time satisfies a threshold; and send, based on the threshold being satisfied and the location, the campaign to the user device.

15

15. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the processor-executable instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the apparatus to determine, based on user demographic information of a user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign.

16

16. The apparatus of claim 15 , wherein the processor-executable instructions, that when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to determine, based on the user demographic information of the user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign cause the apparatus to determine the user based on an identity confidence level of the user.

17

17. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the first premises device is associated with a location of an entity.

18

18. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the processor-executable instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the apparatus to activate the campaign based on a continued presence of the user device within a range associated with the first premises device.

19

19. The apparatus of claim 14 , wherein the third indication comprises an association between the user device and a second premises device, wherein the second premises device is associated with a second premises device location.

20

20. An apparatus comprising: one or more processors; and a memory storing processor-executable instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to: receive a first indication of a discovery between a user device and a first premises device; receive a second indication of a discovery between the user device and a second premises device; determine whether the second premises device is associated with a campaign; determine, based on the second premises device being associated with the campaign, whether one or more conditions associated with the campaign are satisfied, wherein a condition of the one or more conditions is based on the discovery between the user device and the first premises device; and send, to the user device based on at least one of the one or more conditions being satisfied, an advertisement associated with the campaign.

21

21. The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the processor-executable instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, further cause the apparatus to determine, based on user demographic information of a user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign.

22

22. The apparatus of claim 21 , wherein the processor-executable instructions, that when executed by the one or more processors, cause the apparatus to determine, based on the user demographic information of the user of the user device, customized content associated with the campaign cause the apparatus to determine the user based on an identity confidence level of the user.

23

23. The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the first premises device is associated with a first location of a first entity.

24

24. The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the second premises device is associated with a second location of a second entity.

25

25. The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the condition comprises a continued presence of the user device within a range associated with the first premises device.

26

26. The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the condition comprises a proximity of the user device to the first premises device.
