Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.

1

1. A method, comprising: transmitting, from a first vehicle, one or more fueling request signals to a fueling control computer; receiving one or more control signals from the fueling control computer based on the fueling control computer minimizing fueling times for a plurality of fueling vehicles that include the first vehicle to provide refueling service to the first vehicle according to an order in which the fueling request signals from the first vehicle, and other fueling request signals from other vehicles, were received, while meeting first vehicle occupant preferences; and moving to one or more fueling zones in response to the control signals.

2

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein fueling request signals include occupant preferences and fuel type.

3

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein moving to one or more fueling zones includes moving to one or more waiting zones, one or more service zones and one or more served zones.

4

4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the control signals are transmitted and received via a wireless network.

5

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein moving to one or more zones in response to the control signals is performed by an occupant.

6

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein moving to one or more zones in response to the control signals is performed by an autonomous vehicle.

7

7. An apparatus, comprising: a processor; and a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to: transmit, from a first vehicle, one or more fueling request signals to a fueling control computer; receive one or more control signals from the fueling control computer based on the fueling control computer minimizing fueling times for a plurality of fueling vehicles that include the first vehicle to provide refueling service to the first vehicle according to an order in which the fueling request signals from the first vehicle, and other fueling request signals from other vehicles, were received, while meeting first vehicle occupant preferences; and move to one or more fueling zones in response to the control signals.

8

8. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein the fueling request signals include occupant preferences and fuel type.

9

9. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein moving to one or more fueling zones includes moving to one or more waiting zones, one or more service zones and one or more served zones.

10

10. The apparatus of claim 7 , further comprising instructions to: transmit and receive the control signals via a wireless network.

11

11. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein moving to one or more zones in response to the control signals is performed by an occupant.

12

12. The apparatus of claim 7 , wherein moving to one or more zones in response to the control signals is performed by an autonomous vehicle.

13

13. A fueling control computer, comprising: a processor; a memory, the memory storing instructions executable by the processor to: receive fueling request signals from a plurality of vehicles including a first vehicle; receive status signals from one or more service zones; and command the one or more vehicles to move to one or more respective zones by transmitting control signals based on the fueling request signals and the status signals, including the controls signals being based on minimizing fueling times for the plurality of fueling vehicles that include the first vehicle to provide refueling service to the first vehicle according to an order in which the fueling request signals from the first vehicle, and other fueling request signals from other vehicles, were received, while meeting first vehicle occupant preferences.
