1. A computer implemented method performed by a computer system, the method comprising: detecting an occurrence of a first trigger event, the first trigger event comprising a first predetermined weather condition; responsive to detecting the occurrence of the first trigger event: providing a request to one or more image data sources located at a property to awaken from a low-power mode, providing a first image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a first set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a first three-dimensional (3D) model of the property based on the first set of image data; identifying one or more risk conditions on the property based on a first object analysis of the first 3D model; providing a notification to a policyholder associated with the property recommending one or more preventive measures to address the one or more risk conditions; providing a second image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a second set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a second 3D model of the property based on the second set of image data; verifying that the preventive measures have been implemented based on a second object analysis of the second 3D model of the property; and providing, to the policyholder, an adjustment to a policy term for the property based on the verification.

2

2. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions include at least one of: vegetation in close proximity to the property, improper storage of flammable materials, missing stair railings, a poorly maintained driveway, roof damage, combustible material in gutters, commercial use of a dwelling located on the property, exotic or unacceptable animals, unacceptable farming use, illegal activities, an unfenced or uncovered swimming pool.

3

3. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein verifying that the one or more preventive measures have been implemented includes comparing the first 3D model with the second 3D model.

4

4. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more image data sources switch to operating in a full power mode to obtain the first or the second set of image data.

5

5. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first and the second set of image data include metadata associated with said image data.

6

6. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the first trigger event further comprises a damage claim for the property.

7

7. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein at least one of the one or more image data sources is located inside a dwelling located on the property.

8

8. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 7 , wherein the at least one of the one or more image data sources is mounted on a wall or on a ceiling in the dwelling.

9

9. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein at least one of the one or more image data sources is mounted on a tree or a pole in view of the property.

10

10. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the risk conditions on the property are identified based on environmental and weather-related data associated with the property.

11

11. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , further comprising detecting an occurrence of a second trigger event, wherein the second image capture request is provided to the one or more image data sources responsive to detecting the occurrence of the second trigger event.

12

12. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 11 , wherein the second trigger event comprises a second predetermined weather condition.

13

13. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 12 , wherein the second weather condition is at least one of a drought condition, wind, or snow.

14

14. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 11 , wherein the second trigger event comprises an expiration of a prescribed time period after the first image capture request.

15

15. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions includes missing stair railings.

16

16. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions includes exotic animals.

17

17. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions includes farming use of the property.

18

18. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions includes illegal activities.

19

19. The computer implemented method as recited in claim 1 , wherein the one or more risk conditions includes an unfenced or uncovered swimming pool.

20

20. A computer program product comprising: one or more computer-readable storage devices coupled to one or more processors and having a plurality of program instructions stored thereon which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising: detecting an occurrence of a first trigger event, the first trigger event comprising a first predetermined weather condition; responsive to detecting the occurrence of the first trigger event: providing a request to one or more image data sources located at a property to awaken from a low-power mode, providing a first image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a first set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a first three-dimensional (3D) model of the property based on the first set of image data; identifying one or more risk conditions on the property based on a first object analysis of the first 3D model; providing a notification to a policyholder associated with the property recommending one or more preventive measures to address the one or more risk conditions; providing a second image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a second set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a second 3D model of the property based on the second set of image data; verifying that the preventive measures have been implemented based on a second object analysis of the second 3D model of the property; and providing, to the policyholder, an adjustment to a policy term for the property based on the verification.

21

21. The computer program product of claim 20 , wherein the one or more risk conditions include at least one of: vegetation in close proximity to the property, improper storage of flammable materials, missing stair railings, a poorly maintained driveway, roof damage, combustible material in gutters, commercial use of a dwelling located on the property, exotic or unacceptable animals, unacceptable farming use, illegal activities, an unfenced or uncovered swimming pool.

22

22. The computer program product of claim 20 , wherein verifying that the one or more preventive measures have been implemented includes comparing the first 3D model with the second 3D model.

23

23. The computer program product of claim 20 , wherein the one or more image data sources switch to operating in a full power mode to obtain the first or the second set of image data.

24

24. The computer program product of claim 20 , wherein the first and the second set of image data include metadata associated with said image data.

25

25. The computer program product of claim 20 , wherein the first trigger event further comprises a damage claim for the property.

26

26. A computer system comprising: one or more processors, and one or more computer-readable storage devices coupled to the one or more processors and having instructions stored thereon which, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to perform operations comprising: detecting an occurrence of a first trigger event, the first trigger event comprising a first predetermined weather condition; responsive to detecting the occurrence of the first trigger event: providing a request to one or more image data sources located at a property to awaken from a low-power mode, providing a first image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a first set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a first three-dimensional (3D) model of the property based on the first set of image data; identifying one or more risk conditions on the property based on a first object analysis of the first 3D model; providing a notification to a policyholder associated with the property recommending one or more preventive measures to address the one or more risk conditions; providing a second image capture request to the one or more image data sources; receiving a second set of image data from the one or more image data sources; generating a second 3D model of the property based on the second set of image data; verifying that the preventive measures have been implemented based on a second object analysis of the second 3D model of the property; and providing, to the policyholder, an adjustment to a policy term for the property based on the verification.

27

27. The system of claim 26 , wherein at least one of the one or more image data sources is mounted on a wall or on a ceiling in a dwelling located on the property.
