A personality-type training gamification system, which comprises: a communications link configured to receive one or more communications from a user device and to route the one or more communications to a processor; an analysis processor in bi-directional communication with the communications link, wherein the analysis processor comprises a plurality of non-transitory computer readable instructions stored in association therewith that are accessible to, and executable by, the processor, wherein the plurality of instructions, when executed: receive the one or more communications from the communications link, wherein the one or more communications comprise one or more of a phone call, an email, a text message, a social media post, a video interaction, a facsimile transmission, a web interaction, a chat, and a voice over IP interaction; linguistically analyze, by the processor, the one or more communications to identify personality types associated with a user engaging in the one or more communications wherein the linguistic analysis comprises analysis of personality type criteria and linguistic factors obtained from mining data from the one or more communications, and wherein the analysis of the linguistic factors comprises a determination of whether certain words or phrases are present in the one or more communications by accessing a database storing the certain words or phrases; provide an overview of each identified personality type to the user; determine a personality type of the user; create one or more electronic games or quizzes according to the personality type of the user, wherein each created game or quiz contains a targeted personality type; provide the one or more electronic games or quizzes to the user through a computer application having an interactive interface; and provide instructions to take the one or more electronic games or quizzes to test the user's knowledge of the plurality of personality types provided; and a display device configured to display to the user through the computer application at least a performance analysis for the user.
2. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of instructions, when executed, further determine the performance analysis based on the performance of the user taking one or more additional games or quizzes directed to personality types.
3. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the user is a contact center agent.
4. The gamification system of claim 3 , wherein the one or more electronic games or quizzes train the contact center agent on the plurality of personality types provided.
5. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the plurality of instructions, when executed, further generate one or more recommendations based on facilitating communications with others based on the plurality of personality types.
6. The gamification system of claim 5 , wherein the plurality of instructions, when executed, further provide a feedback prompt to gather feedback information from the user based on the accuracy of the one or more recommendations.
7. The gamification system of claim 6 , wherein the plurality of instructions, when executed, further provide using the feedback information to generate the one or more recommendations.
8. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more communications are from a contact of the user.
9. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the linguistic analysis comprises identifying a plurality of phrases associated with each of the plurality of personality types.
10. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the linguistic analysis includes an analysis of a mood or stress level of the contact.
11. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the one or more electronic games or quizzes comprises one or more leaderboards, badges, points, contests, or notifications.
12. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the performance analysis includes team analytics, leaderboards, or in-app rewards.
13. The gamification system of claim 1 , which further comprises providing a user one or more dynamic email badges to facilitate display of the user's personality type.
14. The gamification system of claim 1 , wherein the user is an employee of a business.
15. A method of teaching a user about personality types, which comprises: routing, by a communications link to a processor, one or more communications, wherein the one or more communications comprise one or more of a phone call, an email, a text message, a social media post, a video interaction, a facsimile transmission, a web interaction, a chat, and a voice over IP interaction; receiving, by the processor via the communications link, the one or more communications; linguistically analyzing, by the processor, the one or more communications to identify one or more personality types associated with a user engaging in the one or more communications, wherein the linguistic analysis comprises analyzing personality type criteria and linguistic factors obtained from mining data from the one or more communications, and wherein the analysis of the linguistic factors comprises determining whether certain words or phrases are present in the one or more communications by accessing a database storing the certain words or phrases; providing, by a processor, an overview of each identified personality type to the user; determining, by a processor, a personality type of the user; creating, by a processor, one or more electronic games or quizzes according to the personality type of the user, wherein each created game or quiz contains a targeted personality type; providing the one or more electronic games or quizzes to the user through a computer application having an interactive interface; providing instructions to take the one or more electronic games or quizzes to test the user's knowledge of the plurality of personality types provided; and displaying to the user, on a display device through the computer application, at least a performance analysis of the user's knowledge based on the one or more electronic games or quizzes.
16. The method of claim 15 , wherein the providing an overview further comprises displaying to the user, by a processor, one or more examples from the one or more communications to illustrate one or more personality type attributes of each identified personality type.
17. The method of claim 15 , wherein the displaying further comprises displaying to the user a proposed responsive communication based on each identified personality type to reply to one of the one or more communications.
