2. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: capturing, from a selected physical product, a product input, the product input comprising an image of the physical product; analyzing the image to extract a product identifier; requesting from a retailing backend system all offers applicable to the selected product; and receiving from the condition corresponding to the offer identifier, wherein the offer identifier corresponds to one offer in a set of offers applicable to the selected product.

3

3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: capturing, from a selected physical product, a product input, the product input comprising a transmission from a radio frequency identification (RFID) device associated with the physical product; analyzing the transmission to extract a product identifier; requesting, from a retailing backend system, a set of offers applicable to the selected product; and receiving from the condition corresponding to the offer identifier, wherein the offer identifier corresponds to one offer in the set of offers applicable to the selected product.

4

4. The method of claim 3 , further comprising: receiving, from a physical shopping cart, the product input corresponding to the selected product, wherein the shopping cart is configured to identify products placed in the shopping cart, and wherein the selected product is physically placed in the shopping cart.

5

5. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: determining a product preference of the shopper from a profile of the shopper; querying a retailing backend system for information about a superset of products that are participating in a set of current offers; and disqualifying, from the superset of products, those products that fail to satisfy the product preference, the set of products remaining after the disregarding.

6

6. The method of claim 5 , further comprising: determining that a first product in the superset and a second product in the superset form a first valid combination corresponding to the offer; computing a combined characteristic of the first valid combination; and evaluating, as a part of the disqualifying, that the combined characteristic as failing to satisfy the condition.

7

7. The method of claim 6 , wherein a value of the combined characteristic exceeds a budget set in the product preference.

8

8. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: detecting, using a sensor, a presence of the shopper within the physical store; and establishing, responsive to the detecting, a communication path between the AR device and a retailing backend system.

9

9. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: obtaining a layout of the store, wherein the overlaying uses the layout as the displayed view of the store.

10

10. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: capturing an offer input, the offer input comprising an image of a printed flyer advertising the offer in the physical store; analyzing the image to extract an offer identifier; and requesting the condition corresponding to the offer identifier.

11

11. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: capturing an offer input, the offer input comprising a transmission from an RFID device associated with an advertisement of the offer advertised in the physical store; analyzing the transmission to extract an offer identifier; and requesting the condition corresponding to the offer identifier.

12

12. A computer usable program product comprising one or more computer-readable storage devices, and program instructions stored on at least one of the one or more storage devices, the stored program instructions comprising: program instructions to scan, using an augmented reality (AR) device of a shopper, a first physical product present in a first physical shopping cart, the first physical shopping cart located in a physical store; program instructions to compute, by evaluating a social sentiment towards a second product in social media data of a shopper, a rating of the second product; program instructions to construct, using a processor and a memory, a valid combination of products in the physical store including the second product, the valid combination satisfying a condition of an offer that is related to the valid combination of products; program instructions to communicate the offer to the shopper; program instructions to obtain a location of the second product in the physical store; program instructions to overlay the rating of the second product and the location of the second product on a displayed view of the physical store, wherein the displayed view is from a perspective of a location of the shopper, the displayed view is displayed in the AR device of the shopper, the shopper being physically situated in the physical store; and program instructions to visualize in the AR device of the shopper, the location and rating overlaid on the displayed view.

13

13. The computer usable program product of claim 12 , further comprising: program instructions to capture, from a selected physical product, a product input, the product input comprising an image of the physical product; program instructions to analyze the image to extract a product identifier; program instructions to request from a retailing backend system all offers applicable to the selected product; and program instructions to receive from the condition corresponding to the offer identifier, wherein the offer identifier corresponds to one offer in a set of offers applicable to the selected product.

14

14. The computer usable program product of claim 12 , further comprising: program instructions to capture, from a selected physical product, a product input, the product input comprising a transmission from a radio frequency identification (RFID) device associated with the physical product; program instructions to analyze the transmission to extract a product identifier; program instructions to request, from a retailing backend system, a set of offers applicable to the selected product; and program instructions to receive from the condition corresponding to the offer identifier, wherein the offer identifier corresponds to one offer in the set of offers applicable to the selected product.

15
