The system as in any one of claims 1 and 2, wherein the providing of the specifications and/or the resources, supports one or more of the participating computing session users respectively providing one or more resonance specifications, the specifications enabling the users' corresponding resource recommender arrangement to discover and present to common purpose computing session users, resources whose respective at least in part standardized and interoperably interpretable contextual purpose information is conceptually near to, or matches, participant expressed standardized and interoperably interpretable session purpose fulfillment information, wherein the purpose fulfillment information is expressed using, at least in part, verb and category combinations representing purpose approximation concepts.
