The touch panel of claim 14, wherein a third portion of the peripheral circuit layer connects the first portion of the peripheral circuit layer to the second portion of the peripheral circuit layer, wherein the third portion of the peripheral circuit layer underlies the portion of the touch sensing electrode layer.
16. The touch panel of claim 15, wherein the portion of the touch sensing electrode layer is separated from the substrate by the third portion of the peripheral circuit layer.
17. The touch panel of claim 14, wherein the portion of the touch sensing electrode layer is in contact with a first sidewall of the first portion of the peripheral circuit layer and a sidewall of the second portion of the peripheral circuit layer.
18. The touch panel of claim 17, wherein the portion of the touch sensing electrode layer is in contact with a top surface of the first portion of the peripheral circuit layer.
