The charging system according to claim 1, wherein a total weight of the waste material is calculated by (i) subtracting a weight of a garbage truck not loaded with the waste material from a weight of a garbage truck loaded with the waste material, or by (ii) multiplying a volume of the waste material by a densities of components of the waste material.

The charging system according to claim 1, wherein the waste material is selected from the group consisting of a plastic, domestic flammable trash, paper waste, wood waste, sewage sludge, waste textile, pruned branch, animal and plant residues, animal and vegetable oils, meat and bone meal, waste solid fuel, excreta, wood chip, and organic sludge.
