The network of claim 1, wherein at least a request column receives each of the pixel values for the RGB formatted client request data such that a red client request data pixel is stored in the red client data row, a green client request data pixel is stored in the green client data row, and a blue client request data pixel is stored in the blue client data row.

The network of claim 8, further comprising a network processor configured to execute a spectrum shift across the database array, the spectrum shift comprising adjusting the RGB formatted client inputs by a client spectrum offset and adjusting the RGB formatted provider inputs by an opposite provider spectrum offset.

12. The network of claim 11, wherein the client algorithm is further configured to shift the request pixel spectrum equivalent to a wavelength value across its coordinates according to a shift timing.

The network of claim 18, wherein, when the client device receives acceptance data indicating client acceptance of the complementary provider request data, provider access data, and provider scheduling data, the client acceptance data is forwarded to the provider device and the provider request data, the provider access data, and the provider scheduling data are deleted from the database array.
