The method of claim 1, the modifying further including generating a summary of the portion of information that was displayed during the plurality of user events and was not reviewed by the user during the plurality of user events and causing the element to display the summary of the portion of information that was displayed during the plurality of user events and was not reviewed by the user during the plurality of user events.

7. The method of claim 1, wherein the plurality of user events comprise at least one of button selections, link selections, or graphical user interface manipulations.

The system of claim 8, wherein identifying the portion of the information describing the at least one commitment or obligation that was displayed during the plurality of user events and was not reviewed by the user during the plurality of user events comprises determining that a threshold number of the plurality of user events were initiated by the user during the display of the portion of information.
