2. The computer-implemented method of claim 1, wherein filtering the first content based at least in part on the first category level comprises redacting one or more portions of the first content that do not satisfy the first category level.

The computer-implemented method of claim 2, wherein the first category level is one of a plurality of category levels organized in a hierarchy, and wherein filtering the first content comprises determining that the one or more portions correspond to one or more of the plurality of category levels that represent at least one of a higher security classification or a higher sensitivity classification than the first category level.

7. The computer-implemented method of claim 6, wherein the first portion of the first content is not accessible via the first category-sensitive chat channel.

The system of claim 12, wherein the at least one processor is configured to filter the first content based at least in part on the first category level by executing the computer-executable instructions to redact one or more portions of the first content that do not satisfy the first category level.

The system of claim 13, wherein the first category level is one of a plurality of category levels organized in a hierarchy, and wherein the at least one processor is configured to filter the first content by executing the computer-executable instructions to determine that the one or more portions correspond to one or more of the plurality of category levels that represent at least one of a higher security classification or a higher sensitivity classification than the first category level.
