11. The receiving apparatus of claim 8, wherein the classifier learns based on machine learning by using training data including the I data and the Q data sampled with the single sampling frequency.

13. The receiving apparatus of claim 8, further comprising a demodulator configured to perform demodulation on the classification target signal on the basis of the modulation type of the classification target signal classified by the classifier.
