The mobile computing device of claim 14, wherein the customer transaction history database includes a history of all previous banking transactions taken by the bank customer with regards to the bank, and includes associated information for each banking transaction that includes dates, amounts, the nature of the transaction, and whether the transaction was completed successfully.

18. The mobile computing device of claim 14, wherein the preferred banking transaction is a pending transaction that requires an in-person action to be completed at the bank by at least one of the bank customer and the bank.

The mobile computing device of claim 14, wherein identifying the preferred banking transaction is achieved using one or more of: pre-programmed analytical models, machine learning based on feedback from customers on previously identified preferred banking transaction, and artificial intelligence.
