15. The system of claim 11, wherein the video communication is a video conference, a video meeting, a social media livestreaming event, or a virtual reality experience.

The system of claim 11, wherein the trusted custodian computer system locates an emergency responder capable of responding to the emergency by determining a physical location of the first participant and selecting the first responder in a same geographic area or jurisdiction as the first participant.
18. The system of claim 11, wherein the emergency is one of a medical emergency or a law enforcement emergency.
19. The system of claim 11, wherein the trusted custodian computer system is further configured to automatically delete the unique token after a termination of the video communication.
21. The system of claim 20, wherein the fifth computing device permits the first responder computer system to access security settings on a camera associated with the first participant communication device thereby disabling blurring or virtual backgrounds.
