The method of claim 2, wherein the interface transmitted to the third party computing device additionally facilitates execution of a purchase between the third party computing device and the EBRS host system of at least one of: (a) required parts from each of the required part types and the required tools, or (b) recommended parts from each of the recommended part types.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the target vehicle diagnostic information reflects data generated by the onboard computer of the target vehicle and retrieved from the onboard computer of the target vehicle by a vehicle diagnostic code reader.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the target vehicle diagnostic information identifies one or more vehicle problems of the target vehicle.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein the EBRS host system causes presentation of an interface facilitating purchase of recommended parts in response to an application programming interface (API) call from a third party application.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein the order of priority of recommended parts is based on one or more of: price, inventory levels, vendor-negotiated deals, geography, or historical rates of part returns.

The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the computer-executable instructions are further configured to cause the apparatus to retrieve, by the EBRS host system and based on the evaluation of the vehicle diagnostic information, fix information identifying required part types and required tools associated with the target vehicle diagnostic information.

The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the interface transmitted to the third party computing device additionally facilitates execution of a purchase between the third party computing device and the EBRS host system of at least one of: (a) required parts from each of the required part types and the required tools, or (b) recommended parts from each of the recommended part types.
16. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the target vehicle diagnostic information reflects data generated by the onboard computer of the target vehicle and retrieved from the onboard computer of the vehicle by a vehicle diagnostic code reader.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the target vehicle diagnostic information identifies one or more vehicle problems of the target vehicle.
