14. The task management system of claim 13, wherein the at least one user interface element is configured to identify the at least one task with an interactive tag that enables the at least one employee to perform the action directly from the at least one user interface element.

20. The task management system of claim 12, wherein the at least one computing device is configured to determine the at least one task indicative of the action that needs to be performed based at least in part on rules defined by the service business.
