Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein, if in said monitor (7) the area containing the personal data is moved and/or resized in one or more successive frames by a procedure of said processing program, said procedure also moves and/or consequently resizes said mask (20) in masked frames, to keep the area with personal data covered.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein said processing program also stores a copy of a corresponding derived output signal comprising said personal patient data, and that said covering mask (20) is also generated and stored in the sequence of successive frames relating to the corresponding derived output signal.
4. The method according to claim 1, wherein the searching for said at least one event that consists in personal data is carried out by an OCR or character recognition procedure in a file of the “raster” type, that is, with a pixel matrix.
5. The method according to claim 1, wherein said at least one event consists in the presence of a character or sequence of characters or a graphic form relating to a specific situation of said diagnostic investigation or surgery, and said treatment provides for activation of a visual and/or acoustic signaling procedure of the occurrence of said at least one event, and/or of the memorization of a temporal reference to said at least one event, in synchronism with the memorization of the sequence of successive frames.
7. The system according to claim 6, wherein, if in said monitor (7) the area containing the personal data is moved and/or resized in one or more successive frames by a procedure of said processing program, said procedure also moves and/or consequently resizes said mask (20) in masked frames, to keep the area with personal data covered.
8. The system according to claim 6, wherein said processing program also stores a copy of a corresponding derived output signal comprising said personal patient data, and that said covering mask (20) is also generated and stored in the sequence of successive frames relating to the corresponding derived output signal.
9. The system according to claim 6, wherein the searching for said at least one event that consists in personal data is carried out by an OCR or character recognition procedure in a file of the “raster” type, that is, with a pixel matrix.
10. The system according to claim 6, wherein said at least one event consists in the presence of a character or sequence of characters or a graphic form relating to a specific situation of said diagnostic investigation or surgery, and said treatment provides for activation of a visual and/or acoustic signaling procedure of the occurrence of said at least one event, and/or of the memorization of a temporal reference to said at least one event, in synchronism with the memorization of the sequence of successive frames.
