The method of claim 5 wherein a match or correlation, within a threshold amount, of corresponding angles of the user equipment-calculated angle information and the base station-based angle information indicates that all communication paths between the user equipment and each of the serving base station and the one or more non-serving base stations are line-of-sight paths and relied upon for determining a location of the user equipment.
