2. The method according to claim 1, comprising adding to the sample a bio-marker that directly or indirectly binds to said substance, wherein said library comprises hyperspectral signatures of said bio-markers.

12. The method according to claim 1, wherein said plurality of hyperspectral images of the sample are acquired from two different viewpoints with respect to the entire sample.

13. The method according to claim 1, wherein said illuminating includes illuminating the sample by one of at least one broadband light source and a light source having a width of less than 20 nm.
