7. The one or more NTCRM of claim 6, wherein the execution of the instructions is to cause the UE to instruct the associated sidelink process to trigger a transmission.

8. The one or more NTCRM of claim 7, wherein the associated sidelink process, when instructed to trigger the transmission, is to instruct a physical layer to generate the sidelink transmission including the MAC PDU.

9. The one or more NTCRM of claim 6, wherein the sidelink HARQ entity and the associated sidelink process are part of a MAC layer implemented by the UE.

10. The one or more NTCRM of claim 6, wherein the UE is a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) UE.

12. The UE of claim 11, wherein the baseband circuitry is to map the data from the MAC PDU to one or more transport blocks for the sidelink transmission.

13. The UE of claim 11, wherein the baseband circuitry is to map the highest priority LCH to a sidelink control information (SCI) priority field in a linear and non-overlapping manner.

14. The UE of claim 11, wherein the UE is a vehicle-to-everything (V2X) UE.
