The computing platform of claim 3, wherein receiving the request, from the client device, to establish the account, further comprises receiving an indication of the first subset of event processing steps, an indication of the second subset of event processing steps, and an indication of the third subset of event processing steps.

The method of claim 11, wherein the request to establish the account grants the computing platform to perform a first subset of event processing steps, and wherein permission is delegated, in response to receiving the request to establish the account, to an external event processor and the external resource management platform to perform a second subset of event processing steps and a third subset of event processing steps respectively.
