The method according to claim 1, wherein a time between receiving the secondary cell activation command and sending the first CSI report of the first secondary cell over the PUCCH of the second secondary cell is different than a time between receiving another secondary cell activation command instructing activation of a third secondary cell and a fourth secondary cell, and sending a second CSI report of the third secondary cell over a PUCCH of the fourth secondary cell.
