The non-transitory computer-readable storage media of claim 4, wherein the victim risk score of the user is one of: high, medium and low; and the method forwards the email to the user with the at least one of the attachment and the URL when the victim risk score of the user is high, holds the email and attachments in quarantine when the victim risk score of the user is medium, and blocks the email from being forwarded to the user when the victim risk score of the user is low.

The computer network of claim 7, wherein the victim risk score of the user is one of: high, medium and low; and the method forwards the email to the user with the at least one of the attachment and the URL when the victim risk score of the user is high, holds the email and at least one of the attachment and URL in quarantine when the victim risk score of the user is medium, and blocks the email from being forwarded to the user when the victim risk score of the user is low.
10. The computer network of claim 9, wherein the email and the at least one of the attachment and URL is held in quarantine until the user's victim risk score improves.
