1

1. A method comprising: receiving, by a wireless device, one or more configuration parameters for a cell, wherein the one or more configuration parameters indicate control resource set (coreset) groups comprising a plurality of corset groups, wherein each of the coreset groups comprises one or more respective coresets and the one or more configuration parameters further indicate a respective coreset group index for each coreset in the coreset groups; selecting, for radio link monitoring of the cell, a coreset group among the coreset groups with a pre-defined index value; and measuring, for the radio link monitoring of the cell, a reference signal indicated by a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state of a coreset in the selected coreset group.

2

2. The method of claim 1, further comprising transmitting, to a base station, an indication of a radio link failure based on the measuring.

3

3. The method of claim 1, further comprising not measuring, for the radio link monitoring of the cell, one or more reference signals associated with one or more coresets in a second coreset group, of the coreset groups, different from the coreset group.

4

4. The method of claim 1, further comprising detecting a radio link failure based on the measuring.

5

5. The method of claim 1, further comprising measuring one or more reference signals, comprising the reference signal, for a beam failure detection of the cell.

6

6. The method of claim 1, further comprising determining the coreset from the coreset group based on one or more parameters of the coreset.

7

7. The method of claim 6, wherein the one or more parameters comprise a shortest periodicity of a search space associated with the coreset.

8

8. The method of claim 1, wherein the selecting is in response to the coreset group comprising a coreset with the pre-defined index value.

9

9. The method of claim 1, wherein each coreset group of the coreset groups is associated with a respective transmission and reception point (TRP).

10

10. A wireless device comprising: one or more processors; and memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the wireless device to: receive one or more configuration parameters for a cell, wherein the one or more configuration parameters indicate control resource set (coreset) groups comprising a plurality of corset groups, wherein each of the coreset groups comprises one or more respective coresets and the one or more configuration parameters further indicate a respective coreset group index for each coreset in the coreset groups; select, for radio link monitoring of the cell, a coreset group among the coreset groups with a pre-defined index value; and measure, for the radio link monitoring of the cell, a reference signal indicated by a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state of a coreset in the selected coreset group.

11

11. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein the instructions further cause the wireless device to transmit, to a base station, an indication of a radio link failure based on measuring the reference signal.

12

12. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein the instructions further cause the wireless device to not measure, for the radio link monitoring of the cell, one or more reference signals associated with one or more coresets in a second coreset group, of the coreset groups, different from the coreset group.

13

13. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein the instructions further cause the wireless device to detect a radio link failure based on measuring the reference signal.

14

14. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein the instructions further cause the wireless device to measure one or more reference signals, comprising the reference signal, for a beam failure detection of the cell.

15

15. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein the instructions further cause the wireless device to determine the coreset from the coreset group based on one or more parameters of the coreset.

16

16. The wireless device of claim 15, wherein the one or more parameters comprise a shortest periodicity of a search space associated with the coreset.

17

17. The wireless device of claim 10, wherein selecting the coreset group is in response to the coreset group comprising a coreset with the pre-defined index value.

18

18. A system comprising: a base station comprising one or more first processors and first memory storing first instructions that, when executed by the one or more first processors, cause the base station to transmit one or more configuration parameters for a cell, wherein the one or more configuration parameters indicate control resource set (coreset) groups comprising a plurality of corset groups, wherein each of the coreset groups comprises one or more respective coresets and the one or more configuration parameters further indicate a respective coreset group index for each coreset in the coreset groups; and a wireless device comprising one or more second processors and second memory storing second instructions that, when executed by the one or more second processors, cause the wireless device to: receive the one or more configuration parameters; select, for radio link monitoring of the cell, a coreset group among the coreset groups with a pre-defined index value; and measure, for the radio link monitoring of the cell, a reference signal indicated by a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state of a coreset in the selected coreset group.
