The method of claim 3, further comprising: determining, by the processor and based on the telematics data, and for each driving behavior of the one or more driving behaviors, a time and a location associated with the driving behavior, wherein determining the associated state of the environment is based at least in part on environment data received from a third-party server using the time and the location as inputs.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the first state of the environment is selected by the owner, from a predetermined set of states of the environment, via a user interface operating on a mobile device of the owner.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the one or more renter eligibility values for the driver includes: determining one or more values corresponding to the one or more driving behaviors during the first period of time, wherein each of the one or more values is associated with one or more of: acceleration, speed, or lateral force; and comparing the one of more values corresponding to the one or more driving behaviors to one or more threshold values.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein at least one of the first state of the environment is associated with one or more of: visibility conditions, weather conditions, traffic conditions, or road conditions.
8. The method of claim 1, wherein at least one of the one or more driving behaviors is associated with: an average distance to an adjoining vehicle, a usage of turn signals, or a usage of driver-assistance technology provided by the first vehicle.
9. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more driving behaviors are a first set of driving behaviors, the method further comprising: receiving, by the processor, status data from an automated vehicle safety system of the first vehicle, wherein the status data is indicative of operation of the first vehicle by the driver during the first period of time; and identifying, by the processor and based on the status data, a second set of driving behaviors of the driver, wherein the one or more renter eligibility values for the driver are further based on the second set of driving behaviors.

11. The method of claim 1, further comprising: receiving, by the processor, historical data indicative of vehicle operation associated with the owner of the second vehicle; identifying, by the processor and based on the historical data, a driving behavior of the owner; and determining, by the processor and based on the driving behavior of the owner, at least one criterion of the one or more criteria.
12. A computing system comprising: a processor; and a computer-readable media storing instructions which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to: receive telematics data indicative of operation of a first vehicle by a driver during a first period of time; identify, based on the telematics data, one or more driving behaviors of the driver; access, a profile of an owner of a second vehicle, wherein the profile includes a criteria of the owner, the criteria: characterizing drivers allowed to drive the second vehicle during a second period of time, remaining unchanged for one or more destinations during the second period of time, the one or more destinations being selected by the drivers, and being unknown to the owner, and indicating a first state of an environment; identify, a subset of the one or more driving behaviors associated with the first state of the environment; determine one or more renter eligibility values for the driver based on the subset of the one or more driving behaviors; determine that the one or more renter eligibility values satisfies the criteria; and cause an indication of the second vehicle to be displayed on an electronic device of the driver based on the one or more renter eligibility values satisfying the criteria.
13. The computing system of claim 12, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to: cause an electronic message to be transmitted to the owner of the second vehicle or the driver, wherein the electronic message indicates that the driver satisfies the one or more criteria.
14. The computing system of claim 12, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to: determine, for each driving behavior of the one or more driving behaviors, a corresponding state of an environment indicating a state of the environment of the first vehicle existing when the driving behavior occurred; determine, based on the one or more driving behaviors and the corresponding states of the environment, a driving score associated with the driver, wherein the instructions cause the computer system to determine the one or more renter eligibility values for the driver based at least in part on the driving score.
15. The computing system of claim 14, wherein the one or more driving behaviors is a first set of driving behaviors, the instructions further cause the processor to: determine a second set of driving behaviors of the driver during the second period of time; provide, via a user interface operating on a mobile device of the owner, information indicative of the second set of driving behaviors; and receive, via the user interface and from the mobile device of the owner, feedback associated with the driver, wherein the driving score is further based on the feedback.
16. The computing system of claim 14, wherein the instructions further cause the processor to: identify a first portion of the telematics data corresponding to a first state of the environment; determine a first driving score based on the first portion of the telematics data; identify a second portion of the telematics data corresponding to a second state of the environment different from the first state of the environment; and determine a second driving score, different from the first driving score, based on the second portion of the telematics data, wherein the one or more renter eligibility values for the driver are determined based at least in part on the first driving score and the second driving score.
17. The computing system of claim 12, wherein at least one of the one or more driving behaviors is: associated with one of: turning behavior, braking behavior, or accelerating behavior, and based on sensor data from an accelerometer included in a mobile communication device of the driver.
18. A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing instructions which, when executed by one or more processors, cause the processor to: receive telematics data indicative of operation of a first vehicle by a driver during a first period of time; identify, based on the telematics data, one or more driving behaviors of the driver; access, a profile of an owner of a second vehicle, wherein the profile includes a criteria of the owner, the criteria: characterizing drivers allowed to drive the second vehicle during a second period of time, remaining unchanged for one or more destinations during the second period of time, the one or more destinations being selected by the drivers, and being unknown to the owner, and indicating a first state of an environment; identify, a subset of the one or more driving behaviors associated with the first state of the environment, and indicating a value of the one or more driving behaviors occurring during a first state of an environment; determine one or more renter eligibility values for the driver based on the subset of the one or more driving behaviors; determine that the one or more renter eligibility values satisfies the criteria; and cause an indication of the second vehicle to be displayed on an electronic device of the driver based on the one or more renter eligibility values satisfying the criteria.
