1. A network management system comprising: one or more processors and a memory comprising instructions that when executed by the one or more processors cause the one or more processors to: classify Service Level Experience (SLE) related parameters, each of the SLE related parameters associated with one or more devices of a plurality of devices of a wireless network; determine, for one or more devices of the plurality of devices, a probability that a corresponding device of the one or more devices is a root cause of an SLE deterioration within the wireless network based on a classification of one or more SLE related parameters associated with the corresponding device, wherein the probability is determined based on a first probability determined based on a number of uses of the corresponding device and a number of failures associated with the uses of the corresponding device and a second probability determined based on a number of devices of the one or more devices that are associated with a given client device that experienced a failure and a number of failures experienced by the given client device; and automatically initiate, based on the determined probabilities for the one or more devices of the plurality of devices, one or more corrective actions intended to address the root cause of the SLE deterioration.

2

2. The network management system of claim 1, wherein the one or more devices comprises one or more of: a user equipment device; an access point (AP); or a server.

3

3. The network management system of claim 1, wherein at least one of the SLE related parameters is indicative of a quality and amount of data transfer between each of the plurality of devices.

4

4. The network management system of claim 1, wherein the SLE related parameters indicate one or more of: a user of a device of the plurality of devices, a connected time of the device of the plurality of devices, an IP address of the device of the plurality of devices, a MAC address of the device of the plurality of devices, a device type of the device of the plurality of devices, or an operating system of the device of the plurality of devices.

5

5. The network management system of claim 1, wherein the SLE related parameters indicate one or more of: a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), a signal to noise ratio (SNR), a receiver (RX) bit rate, a transmitter (TX) bit rate, a number of bytes communicated, a number of received (RX) bytes, a number of transmitted (TX) bytes, a number of packets communicated, a number of transmitted packets, a number of packet retransmissions, or a number of failed attempts to connect to the wireless network.

6

6. The network management system of claim 1, wherein to automatically initiate one or more corrective actions intended to address the root cause of the SLE deterioration, the one or more processors are further configured to perform one or more of: display a list of at least one device of the plurality of devices associated with the wireless network that is identified as a root cause of the SLE deterioration, display the determined probability for the at least one device identified as the root cause of the SLE deterioration, and automatically restart the at least one device identified as the root cause of the SLE deterioration.

7

7. The network management system of claim 1, wherein to classify SLE related parameters, the one or more processors are further configured to: compare the SLE related parameters against a threshold; and assign, based on the comparison of the SLE related parameters against the threshold, a value to the SLE related parameters that indicates the SLE deterioration.

8

8. A method comprising: classifying, by a network management system, Service Level Experience (SLE) related parameters associated with one or more devices of a plurality of devices of a wireless network; determining, by the network management system and for one or more devices of the plurality of devices, a probability that a corresponding device of the one or more devices is a root cause of an SLE deterioration within the wireless network based on a classification of one or more SLE related parameters associated with the corresponding device, wherein the probability is determined based on a first probability determined based on a number of uses of the corresponding device and a number of failures associated with the uses of the corresponding device and a second probability determined based on a number of devices of the one or more devices that are associated with a given client device that experienced a failure and a number of failures experienced by the given client device; and automatically initiating, by the network management system and based on the determined probabilities for the one or more devices of the plurality of devices, one or more corrective actions intended to address the root cause of the SLE deterioration.

9

9. The method of claim 8, wherein the one or more devices comprises one or more of: a user equipment device; an access point (AP); or a server.

10

10. The method of claim 8, wherein at least one of the SLE related parameters is indicative of a quality and amount of data transfer between each of the plurality of devices associated with the wireless network.

11

11. The method of claim 8, wherein the SLE related parameters indicate one or more of: a user of a device of the plurality of devices, a connected time of the device of the plurality of devices, an IP address of the device of the plurality of devices, a MAC address of the device of the plurality of devices, a device type of the device of the plurality of devices, or an operating system of the device of the plurality of devices.

12

12. The method of claim 8, wherein the SLE related parameters indicate one or more of: a name of an access point of the plurality of devices; a service set identifier (SSID) of the wireless network; a channel of the wireless network; a band of the wireless network; a MAC address of the access point of the plurality of devices; or a basic service set identifier (BSSID) of the access point of the plurality of devices.

13

13. The method of claim 8, wherein the SLE related parameters indicate one or more of: a received signal strength indicator (RSSI), a signal to noise ratio (SNR), a receiver (RX) bit rate, a transmitter (TX) bit rate, a number of bytes communicated, a number of received (RX) bytes, a number of transmitted (TX) bytes, a number of packets communicated, a number of transmitted packets, a number of packet retransmissions, or a number of failed attempts to connect to the wireless network.

14

14. The method of claim 8, wherein automatically initiating one or more corrective actions intended to address the root cause of the SLE deterioration comprises: displaying a list of at least one device of the plurality of devices associated with the wireless network that is identified as a root cause of the SLE deterioration, displaying the determined probability for the at least one device identified as the root cause of the SLE deterioration, and automatically restarting the at least one device identified as the root cause of the SLE deterioration.

15

15. The method of claim 8, wherein classifying SLE related parameters comprises: comparing the SLE related parameters against a threshold; and assigning, based on the comparison of the SLE related parameters against the threshold, a value to the SLE related parameters that indicates the SLE deterioration.

16

16. Non-transitory computer-readable media storing instructions that when executed cause processing circuitry to perform operations comprising: classifying Service Level Experience (SLE) related parameters associated with one or more devices of a plurality of devices of a wireless network; determining, for one or more devices of the plurality of devices, a probability that a corresponding device of the one or more devices is a root cause of an SLE deterioration within the wireless network based on a classification of one or more SLE related parameters associated with the corresponding device, wherein the probability is determined based on a first probability determined based on a number of uses of the corresponding device and a number of failures associated with the uses of the corresponding device and a second probability determined based on a number of devices of the one or more devices that are associated with a given client device that experienced a failure and a number of failures experienced by the given client device; and automatically initiating, based on the determined probabilities for the one or more devices of the plurality of devices, one or more corrective actions intended to address the root cause of the SLE deterioration.
