8. The authentication system according to claim 1 wherein the first authentication executing code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to execute the first authentication when a first position indicated by first-position information about the first position of the first user is at the first place or near the first place, wherein the predicting code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to predict the predicted period when the first position indicated by the first-position information is at the first place or near the first place, and wherein the processing executing code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to execute, when a position indicated by the first-position information is at the first place or near the first place, the first processing based on the first authentication executed in the predicted period.
9. The authentication system according to claim 1, wherein the checking code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to check the second user in at the second place, and wherein the predicting code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to predict the predicted period when the second user checks in at the second place.
10. The authentication system according to claim 1 wherein the processing executing code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to execute second processing for the second user when the second user is present at the second place or arrives at the second place, and wherein the predicting code is further configured to cause at least one of the at least one processor to predict the predicted period when the second processing is executed.
11. The authentication system according to claim 1, wherein the second time is a time at which second-position information about a second position of the second user is obtained, and wherein the second place is at the second position.
12. The authentication system according to claim 1, wherein the first authentication is biometric authentication, wherein the second user is a user who resembles the first user in terms of biometric information used in the biometric authentication, and wherein the first processing is payment processing using payment information of the first user.
13. An authentication method, performed by at least one processor and comprising: executing first authentication for a first user when the first user is present at a first place or arrives at a first place; predicting a predicted period in which a second user who has a possibility of being authenticated as the first user by the first authentication is not expected to be present at the first place or arrive at the first place, based on at least one type of information out of second-time information about a second time at which the second user has been present at a second place or has arrived at a second place and second-place information about the second place; executing first processing for the first user based on the first authentication for the first user executed in the predicted period; determining whether the second user is present at the first place, or whether the second user has arrived at the first place, and executing, when it is determined that the second user is not present at the first place or has not arrived at the first place, the first processing based on the first authentication executed in the predicted period.
