1. A network print system having: a client which issues a print request of a document composed of predetermined template data and variable data to be merged with the template data using a printer connected on a network, or a display request of a document to be printed; and a server which is connected to said client to be able to communicate therewith, generates print data on the basis of the print request or display data on the basis of the display request, and sends the generated data to said client, said server inhibiting generation of the print data or changing contents of print data to be generated on the basis of authority data registered in advance upon executing a process, based on the print request.
2. The system according to claim 1 , wherein the change is made in units of items which form template data corresponding to the print or display request.
3. A network print system having: a client which issues a print request of a document composed of predetermined template data and variable data to be merged with the template data using a printer connected on a network, or a display request of a document to be printed; and a server which is connected to said client to be able to communicate therewith, generates print data on the basis of the print request or display data on the basis of the display request, and sends the generated data to said client, said server comprising: restriction information storage means for storing restriction conditions which disable a print or display process in units of template data, and said server inhibiting a process based on the print or display request when the print or display request satisfies a restriction condition.
4. The system according to claim 3 , wherein the restriction condition is a date.
5. The system according to claim 3 , wherein the restriction condition is an accumulated print count.
