Information Terminal Device

1. An information terminal device comprising: a first housing that has a first operating unit on a face on one side thereof; a hinge member that is designed to rotate about a first axis, with respect to the first housing; a second housing that has a second operating unit on a face on one side thereof, is provided on one side of the first housing, slides in a direction of a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and transits between a state where the second housing covers the first operating unit of the first housing and a state where the first operating unit is exposed, the second housing restricting rotation of the hinge member through contact with the first housing when the second housing is in the state where the second housing covers the first operating unit of the first housing; and a third housing that has a display unit on a face on one side thereof, is provided on one side of the second housing, slides in the direction of the first axis, and transits between a state where the third housing covers the second operating unit of the second housing and a state where the second operating unit is exposed.

The information terminal device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second housing includes a housing main body, a rail unit that is provided on the housing main body and extends along the second axis, and a moving unit that makes relative movement along the rail unit; and the moving unit is fixed to the hinge member.

3. The information terminal device as claimed in claim 1 , wherein: the first operating unit includes a full keyboard; and the second operating unit includes a ten-key keypad.

The information terminal device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising: a detecting unit that detects at least one of a positional relation between the first housing and the second housing, a positional relation between the second housing and the third housing, and a position of the hinge member with respect to the first housing; and an activating unit that activates an application, based on a result of the detection by the detecting unit.

5. The information terminal device as claimed in claim 1 , further comprising a setting unit that sets an application corresponding to the result of the detection, based on an input from the first operating unit and/or the second operating unit.

6. The information terminal device as claimed in claim 1 , which transits between a state where the first operating unit and the second operating unit are both covered with the second housing and the third housing, and a state where the first operating unit and the second operating unit are both exposed and the first housing and the second housing are capable of tilting with respect to the third housing.
