An Internet advertisement method for distributing a sample through an off-line store based on an authentication key obtained from an online marketing server, said method comprising: providing an online marketing server for hosting an online mall that brokers transactions between buyers of goods and sellers of goods and is capable of generating target advertisements; providing a customer computer terminal connected to said online marketing server through a network, wherein said customer computer terminal communicates to said online marketing server through said network to register said target advertisements including information on providing a sample; receiving log-in information of a customer transmitted through said network from said customer computer terminal to said online marketing server, wherein said customer computer terminal selects the advertisement and requests the sample and said online marketing server determines whether the customer is a target customer; providing a sample application form from said online marketing server to the customer computer terminal according to the determination results; and generating an authentication key from said online marketing server and transmitting said authentication key through said network to said customer computer terminal, wherein said authentication key is used to receive the sample of the advertised goods at an offline store, in response to a notification that the sample application form has been completed from the customer computer terminal providing a seller computer terminal connected to said online marketing server through said network; prior to said online marketing server providing said target advertisement, said seller computer terminal reqisters a target information profile in a database of said online marketing server, the target information profile indicating target customers selected and designated in advanced by an advertiser, wherein determining using said online marketing server and said target information profile registered on said database whether the customer is a target customer, said step of determining includes comparing the target information profile with membership information based on the log-in information from the customer computer terminal to make the determination wherein registering the target information profile comprises the steps of using said seller computer terminal for transmitting registration information on at least one offline store through said network to said database of said online marketing server, and prior to generating an authentication key, using said online marketing server to provide the offline store information and a sample application form to the customer computer terminal and using said customer computer terminal to select an offline store where the customer desires to receive the sample of the advertised goods when the sample application form is being filled out using the customer computer terminal and transmitted through said network to said online marketing server; providing a franchise computer terminal connected to said online market server through a network, wherein after said online marketing server generates an authentication key, said online marketing server notifies the franchise computer terminal through said network whether the authentication is successfully performed, in response to a request for verification of the authentication key from the franchise computer terminal after notifying, said franchise computer terminal transmits through said network to said online marketing server a notification that provision of the sample has been completed including details of sample provision to the customer visiting the offline store, from the franchise computer terminal; after said online marketing server receives receiving the notification of sample provision completion, said online marketing server settles an advertising expenditure according to a commission policy wherein the commission policy is determined based on an issue number of the authentication key generated by the online marketing server or verified in response to a request for verification from the franchise computer terminal or based on the number of samples provided by the offline store.
2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the target information profile comprises at least one selected from the group comprising: sex, age, and terminal access region of customers designated as objects to which the sample is to be provided.

The method of claim 1 , wherein the franchise computer terminal inputs the authentication key issued to the customer computer terminal and transmits the request for verification of the authentication key to a server using at least one medium selected from the group comprising: a virtual area network, an open market seller management system, a point of sale, an automatic replying system, a cellular phone, and a barcode reader, or inputs membership information and transmits a request for verification of an authentication key managed by the server to the server using the at least one medium.
4. The method of claim 1 , wherein the method is utilized at an online market for brokering goods registration by sellers, goods purchase by buyers, and delivery of paid goods.
5. An Internet advertisement system for distributing a sample through an off-line store based on an authentication key obtained from an online marketing server comprising: an online marketing server capable of functioning as a web server for managing an online mall, said online marketing server controls the delivery of target advertisements and the generation of an authentication key; a target advertisement manager of said online marketing server for providing a target advertisement through said online mall, said target advertisement including information on providing a sample; and an authentication key generator of said online marketing server for generating through said online mall an authentication key for enabling a customer computer terminal to select the target advertisement and request a sample of advertised goods to be received at an offline store a database of said online marketing server for managing at least one of a target information profile for selecting and designating target customers in advance by an advertiser, information on at least one offline store, and a sample application form for requesting the sample, wherein the target advertisement manager transmits to the offline store information in the sample application form provided to the customer computer terminal, when a notification that the sample application form has been completed indicating a selected offline store where the customer desires to receive the sample of advertised goods is received from the customer computer terminal, the authentication key generator generates the authentication key from said online marketing server to said customer computer terminal; wherein the authentication key generator requests the customer computer terminal to log in upon receipt of the request for the sample, and compares membership information based on log-in information from the customer terminal with the target information profile, and when it is determined that the customer is a target customer, the target advertisement manager transmits from said online marketing server to said customer computer terminal the sample application form; a sample receipt authenticator for notifying the offline store using a franchise computer terminal of whether the authentication is successfully performed in response to a request for verification of the authentication key from the franchise computer terminal; and an advertising expenditure settling unit on said online marketing server for settling advertising expenditure according to a commission policy, when the authentication is successfully performed and a notification that provision of the sample has been completed including details of sample provision to the customer visiting the offline store is received by the online marketing server from the franchise computer terminal.
