3

3. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: accessing a first web page and a second web page, the web content including the first web page and the additional web content include the second web page, wherein the first bitmapped image is generated from at least a portion of the first web page and the second bitmapped image is generated from at least a portion of the second web page.

4

4. The method of claim 3 , wherein generation of the first bitmapped image of the web content and the second bitmapped image of the additional web content comprises: rendering the first web page and the second web page to create a rendered first web page and a rendered second web page respectively; and converting the rendered first web page into the first bitmapped image and the second rendered web page into the first bitmapped image.

5

5. The method of claim 4 , wherein rendering the first web page and the second web page comprises: determining that the first web page, the second web page, or both include an animated graphic; rendering a frame of animation of the animated graphic; and rendering remaining portions of the first web page and the second web page respectively, wherein the rendered first web page, the rendered second web page, or both include the frame of the animation of the animated graphic in place of the animated graphic.

6

6. The method of claim 3 , wherein the first web page and the second web page are accessed from a web site.

7

7. The method of claim 1 , wherein the web content includes HTML content and the additional web content includes additional HTML content.

8

8. The method of claim 1 , wherein partitioning comprises: partitioning the first bitmapped image and second bitmapped image respectively into the first set of partitions and the second set of partitions comprised of bit-mapped images, wherein each image in the first set of partitions and the second set of partitions is suitable for display on an output device.

9

9. The method of claim 1 , wherein assigning the plurality of partition identifiers comprises: assigning a unique partition identifier to each partition in the first and second set of partitions.

10

10. A method comprising: receiving a first link tag, a second link tag, a first set of partitions, and a second set of partitions from a head end, the first link tag generated for a link referencing additional web content and the second link tag generated for a link referencing web content, a particular first set partition of the first set of partitions being assigned a first partition identifier and a particular second set partition of the second set of partitions being assigned a second partition identifier, the second link tag being associated with the first partition identifier, a particular first set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the web content refers, the first link tag being associated with a second partition identifier, a particular second set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the additional web content refers, the first set of partitions being partitioned from a first bitmapped image, the second set of partitions being partitioned from a second bitmapped image, the first bitmapped image being generated from web content and the second bitmapped image being generated from additional web content, the web content including the link referencing the additional web content, the first bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the additional web content, the additional web content including the link referencing the web content, the second bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the web content; generating a display including the particular first set partition; receiving a request for a portion of the display associated with the visual representation of the link referencing the additional web content; and generating an additional display include the particular second set partition based on receipt of the request.

11

11. The method of claim 10 , further comprising: determining that a partition identifier associated with the request based on receipt of the request, wherein generating an additional display include the particular second set partition based on a determination that the second partition identifier is associated with the request.

12

12. A non-transitory machine-readable medium carrying instructions thereon to process web content with a computing device, the instructions comprising: instructions to generate a first bitmapped image of web content and a second bitmapped image of additional web content, the web content including a link referencing the additional web content, the first bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the additional web content, the additional web content including a link referencing the web content, the second bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the web content; instructions to generate a first link tag for the link referencing the additional web content and a second link tag for the link referencing the web content; instructions to partition the first bitmapped image and second bitmapped image respectively into a first set of partitions and a second set of partitions; instructions to assign a plurality of partition identifiers, a particular first set partition of the first set of partitions being assigned a first partition identifier and a particular second set partition of the second set of partitions being assigned a second partition identifier; instructions to associate the first link tag with the second partition identifier, the particular second set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the additional web content refers; and instructions to associate the second link tag with the first partition identifier, the particular first set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the web content refers.

13

13. The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 12 , wherein the instructions further comprise: instructions to distribute the first link tag, the second link tag, the first set of partitions, and the second set of partitions from a head end to a client device.

14

14. The non-transitory machine-readable medium of claim 12 , wherein the instructions further comprise: instructions to access a first web page and a second web page, the web content including the first web page and the additional web content include the second web page, wherein the first bitmapped image is generated from at least a portion of the first web page and the second bitmapped image is generated from at least a portion of the second web page.

15

15. A non-transitory machine-readable medium carrying instructions thereon to process web content with a computing device, the instructions comprising: instructions to receive a first link tag, a second link tag, a first set of partitions, and a second set of partitions from a head end, the first link tag generated for a link referencing additional web content and the second link tag generated for a link referencing web content, a particular first set partition of the first set of partitions being assigned a first partition identifier and a particular second set partition of the second set of partitions being assigned a second partition identifier, the second link tag being associated with the first partition identifier, a particular first set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the web content refers, the first link tag being associated with a second partition identifier, a particular second set partition being the partition to which the link referencing the additional web content refers, the first set of partitions being partitioned from a first bitmapped image, the second set of partitions being partitioned from a second bitmapped image, the first bitmapped image being generated from web content and the second bitmapped image being generated from additional web content, the web content including the link referencing the additional web content, the first bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the additional web content, the additional web content including the link referencing the web content, the second bit-mapped image including a visual representation of the link referencing the web content; instructions to generate a display including the particular first set partition; instructions to receive a request for a portion of the display associated with the visual representation of the link referencing the additional web content; and instructions to generate an additional display include the particular second set partition based on receipt of the request.
