1

1. A method comprising: in a first system: initiating establishment of a wireless communication link with a second system; identifying a processing capability of the second system that is available for use by the first system, where the identifying takes place prior to utilization of the processing capability by the first system, and where identifying comprises: receiving information from the second system regarding an application that second system is capable of executing; and identifying, as the processing capability, the application on the second system that is available for use by the first system, where a reduced-capability version of the application resides on the first system; and communicating a request for using the processing capability to the second system when the processing capability of the second system is available for use by the first system.

2

2. The method of claim 1 , where identifying the processing capability of the second system further comprises: receiving security information from the second system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use by the first system based on the security information.

3

3. The method of claim 2 , where the security information comprises information regarding how the second system stores data, deletes data, or both from the first system.

4

4. The method of claim 1 , where identifying the processing capability of the second system further comprises: receiving communication capability information from the second system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use by the first system based on the communication capability information.

5

5. The method of claim 4 , where determining whether the processing capability is available comprises: determining the processing capability is available for use by the first system when a communication rate of the wireless communication link with the second system exceeds a communication rate threshold; and determining the processing capability is not available for use by the first system when the communication rate of the wireless communication link with second system does not exceed the communication rate threshold.

6

6. The method of claim 1 , where communicating a request for utilizing the processing capability comprises automatically communicating the request when the processing capability of the second system is available for use by the first system.

7

7. The method of claim 1 , further comprising, after communicating the request for utilizing the processing capability: communicating data for processing by the second system using the processing capability.

8

8. A device comprising: a communication interface circuit operable to establish a wireless communication link with a different system; and circuitry in communication with the communication interface circuit, the circuitry operable to: identify a processing capability of the different system that is available for use by the device prior to utilization of the processing capability by the device, where the circuitry is operable to identify the processing capability by: receiving information from the different system regarding an application that different system is capable of executing; and identifying, as the processing capability, the application on the different system that is available for use by the device, where a reduced-capability version of the application resides on the device; and communicate, through the communication interface circuit, a request for utilizing the processing capability to the different system when the processing capability of the different system is available for use.

9

9. The device of claim 8 , where the circuitry is further operable to identify the processing capability of the different system by: receiving security information from the different system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use based on the security information.

10

10. The device of claim 9 , where the security information comprises information regarding how the different system stores data, deletes data, or both from the device.

11

11. The device of claim 8 , where the circuitry is further operable to identify the processing capability of the different system by: receiving communication capability information from the different system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use by the device based on the communication capability information.

12

12. The device of claim 11 , where the circuit is further operable to determine whether the processing capability is available for use by: determining the processing capability is available for use when a communication rate of the wireless communication link with the different system exceeds a communication rate threshold; and determining the processing capability is not available for use when the communication rate of the wireless communication link with different system does not exceed the communication rate threshold.

13

13. The device of claim 8 , where the circuitry is operable to automatically communicate the request to the different system when the processing capability of the different system is available for use.

14

14. The device of claim 8 , where the circuitry is further operable to, after communicating the request for utilizing the processing capability: communicate data for processing by the different system using the processing capability.

15

15. A product comprising: a non-transitory computer readable medium; and instructions stored on the non-transitory computer readable medium, that when executed by a processor, cause a first system to: initiate establishment of a wireless communication link with a second system; identify a processing capability of the second system that is available for use by the first system, where identifying takes place prior to utilization of the processing capability by the first system, and where the instructions cause the first system to identify the processing capability by: receiving information from the second system regarding an application that second system is capable of executing; and identifying, as the processing capability, the application on the second system that is available for use by the first system, where a reduced-capability version of the application resides on the first system; and communicate a request for utilizing the processing capability to the second system when the processing capability of the second system is available for use by the first system.

16

16. The product of claim 15 , where the instructions further cause the first system to identify the processing capability of the second system by: receiving security information from the second system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use by the first system based on the security information.

17

17. The product of claim 16 , where the security information comprises information regarding how the second system stores data, deletes data, or both from the first system.

18

18. The product of claim 15 , where the instructions cause the first system to identify the processing capability of the second system by: receiving communication capability information from the second system; and determining whether the processing capability is available for use by the first system based on the communication capability information.

19

19. The product of claim 18 , where the instructions further cause the first system to determine whether the processing capability is available for use by: determining the processing capability is available for use when a communication rate of the wireless communication link with the second system exceeds a communication rate threshold; and determining the processing capability is not available for use when the communication rate of the wireless communication link with second system does not exceed the communication rate threshold.

20

20. The product of claim 15 , where the instructions cause the first system to automatically communicate the request to the second system when the processing capability of the second system is available for use.
