1. A method for a user equipment (UE) to receive information from a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving, from the BS via UE-dedicated radio resource control (RRC) signaling, enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) configuration information including ePDCCH time resource information and ePDCCH frequency resource information; receiving the ePDCCH via at least one serving cell; and decoding the ePDCCH in accordance with the ePDCCH configuration information, wherein the ePDCCH configuration information is received on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) for the UE other than a PDCCH, and wherein the ePDCCH time resource information includes a pattern of subframes indicating which of the subframes to be monitored for receiving the ePDCCH.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the UE does not decode the ePDCCH in a frequency region of a preset subframe.
3. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the preset subframe is a subframe set C CSI,0 or C CSI,1 configured for channel state information (CSI) measurement.
4. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the preset subframe is a subframe configured for paging.
5. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the time region information corresponds to one of information on a symbol basis, information on a slot basis or information on a subframe, and wherein the frequency region information corresponds to information on a physical resource block (PRB) basis.
6. The method according to claim 5 , wherein the ePDCCH configuration information includes at least one of information on indices of PRBs used for the ePDCCH from among all PRBs, information on the lowest PRB index used for the ePDCCH from among all PRBs, or information indicating the indices of PRBs used for the ePDCCH through a bitmap of all PRBs.
7. A user equipment (UE) for receiving information from a base station (BS) in a wireless communication system, comprising: a reception module for receiving, from the BS, enhanced physical downlink control channel (ePDCCH) configuration information including ePDCCH time resource information and ePDCCH frequency resource information via UE-dedicated radio resource control (RRC) signaling and for receiving the ePDCCH via at least one serving cell; and a processor for decoding the ePDCCH in accordance with the ePDCCH configuration information, wherein the ePDCCH configuration information is received on a physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) for the UE other than a PDCCH, and wherein the ePDCCH time resource information includes a pattern of subframes indicating which of the subframes to be monitored for receiving the ePDCCH.
8. The method according to claim 1 , wherein a start orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol position of the ePDCCH is determined based on ePDCCH start OFDM symbol information included in the ePDCCH configuration information.
9. The method according to claim 1 , wherein a start orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbol position of the ePDCCH is determined based on a number of OFDM symbols for the PDCCH which is indicated by Physical Control Format Indicator Channel (PCFICH).
10. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the UE is configured not to decode the ePDCCH on a resource region overlapped with one of a Physical Broadcast Channel (PBCH), a Primary Synchronization Signal or a Secondary Synchronization Signal.
11. The method according to claim 2 , wherein the preset subframe is an Almost Blank Subframe (ABS).
