1. A light emitting device comprising: a first transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a source signal line; a second transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to a first wiring, and the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to a pixel electrode; and a third transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the third transistor is electrically connected to a second wiring via a conductive layer, and the other of the source and the drain of the third transistor is electrically connected to the pixel electrode, wherein the source signal line, the first wiring, and the second wiring extend the same direction, and wherein the conductive layer is electrically connected to the one of a source and a drain of the third transistor and the second wiring and intersects with one of the first wiring and the source signal line.

2. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor.

3. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the conductive layer comprises a material the same as gates of the first, second, and third transistors.

4. The light emitting device according to claim 1 , wherein the first transistor and the third transistor have the same polarity type.

5. A display device comprising the light emitting device according to claim 1 and an FPC.

6. An electronic device comprising the light emitting device according to claim 1 and at least one of an antenna, an audio output portion, an audio input portion, an operation switch and an interface.

A light emitting device comprising: a first transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a source signal line; a second transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to a first wiring; a third transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the third transistor is electrically connected to a second wiring via a conductive layer; and a light emitting element electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor and the other of the source and the drain of the third transistor, wherein the source signal line, the first wiring, and the second wiring extend the same direction, and wherein the conductive layer is electrically connected to the one of a source and a drain of the third transistor and the second wiring and intersects with one of the first wiring and the source signal line.

8. The light emitting device according to claim 7 , wherein the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor.

A light emitting device comprising: a first transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a source signal line; a second transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the second transistor is electrically connected to a first wiring; a third transistor, wherein one of a source and a drain of the third transistor is electrically connected to a second wiring via a conductive layer; a light emitting element electrically connected to the other of the source and the drain of the second transistor and the other of the source and the drain of the third transistor; and a capacitor electrically connected to the light emitting element, wherein the source signal line, the first wiring, and the second wiring extend the same direction, and wherein the conductive layer is electrically connected to the one of a source and a drain of the third transistor and the second wiring and intersects with one of the first wiring and the source signal line.

14. The light emitting device according to claim 13 , wherein the other of the source and the drain of the first transistor is electrically connected to a gate of the second transistor.
