1. A method for controlling connection of a first user mobile device, the method comprising: receiving, by a second user mobile device branded location-based information that includes at least one parameter related to a zone defined by the first user mobile device; comparing at least one parameter related first user mobile device, a geographic location, and a second user mobile device parameter; determining, by the second user, whether at least one of the first user mobile device parameters conforms to at least one second user mobile device parameter including a current geographic location of the second user mobile device; and responsively to the determining, if the branded location-based information conforms, then connecting the second user mobile device to the first user mobile device; and if the information does not conform, then blocking the connection of the second user mobile device to the first user mobile device.

2

2. The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a brand corresponding to the branded location-based information.

3

3. The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a time relating to a presentation of the branded location-based information.

4

4. The method of claim 1 , further comprising: storing the branded location-based information in a persistent non-transitory storage.

5

5. The method of claim 1 , wherein there are more than two user mobile devices.

6

6. The method of claim 1 , wherein a user mobile device is a server.

7

7. An app for controlling connection of a first user mobile device to a second user mobile device, the app comprising machine-readable executable code in a persistent non-transitory storage, such that, when the machine-readable executable code is executed by the second user mobile device, the second user mobile device performs: receiving, by the second user mobile device, branded location-based information that includes at least one parameter related to a zone defined by the first user mobile device; comparing at least one parameter related first user mobile device, a geographic location, and a second user mobile device parameter; determining whether at least one of the first user mobile device parameters conforms to at least one second user mobile device parameter including a current geographic location of the second user mobile device; and responsively to the determining, if the branded location-based information conforms, then connecting the second user mobile device to the first user mobile device; and if the information does not conform, then blocking the connection of the second user mobile device to the first user mobile device.

8

8. The app of claim 7 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a brand corresponding to the branded location-based information.

9

9. The app of claim 7 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a time relating to a presentation of the branded location-based information.

10

10. The app of claim 7 , wherein the mobile device further performs: storing the branded location-based information in a persistent non-transitory storage.

11

11. The app of claim 7 , wherein there are more than two user mobile devices.

12

12. The app of claim 7 , wherein a user mobile device is a server.

13

13. A method for sending an item of branded location-based information corresponding to a predetermined branded zone to a user mobile device from a server on a network, the method comprising: updating by the server at least one parameter related to a zone corresponding to the item of branded location-based information; establishing a data connection from user mobile device over the network to the server; receiving, from the user mobile device at least one parameter related to a zone related to the current location of the user mobile device; determining whether the item of branded location-based information conforms to the at least one parameter, and responsively to the determining, if the item of branded location-based information conforms thereto, then sending the item of branded location-based information to the user mobile device via the data connection; and if the branded location-based information does not conform thereto, then not sending the item of branded location-based information to the user mobile device.

14

14. The method of claim 13 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a brand corresponding to the branded location-based information.

15

15. The method of claim 13 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a time relating to a presentation of the branded location-based information.

16

16. The method of claim 13 , wherein there are more than two user mobile devices.

17

17. The method of claim 13 , wherein the server is a mobile device.

18

18. An application for sending an item of branded location-based information corresponding to a predetermined branded zone to a user mobile device from a server on a network, the server comprising machine-readable executable code in a persistent non-transitory storage, such that, when the machine-readable executable code is executed by the server, the server performs: Updating, by the server, at least one parameter related to a zone corresponding to the item of branded location-based information; establishing a data connection from user mobile device over the network to the server; receiving, from the user mobile device at least one parameter related to a zone related to the current location of the user mobile device; determining whether the item of branded location-based information conforms to the at least one parameter, and responsively to the determining, if the item of branded location-based information conforms thereto, then sending the item of branded location-based information to the user mobile device via the data connection; and if the branded location-based information does not conform thereto, then not sending the item of branded location-based information to the user mobile device.

19

19. The application of claim 18 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a brand corresponding to the branded location-based information.

20

20. The application of claim 18 , wherein the at least one parameter includes a time relating to a presentation of the branded location-based information.

21

21. The application of claim 18 , wherein there are more than two user mobile devices.
