Legal claims defining the scope of protection, as filed with the USPTO.
1. A method for performing uplink transmit power control by a user equipment in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: receiving configuration information about a plurality of subframe sets from a base station; receiving transmit power control (TPC) information from the base station in a subframe #j; and determining a transmit power for an uplink channel in a subframe #i based on the TPC information, wherein the TPC information is applied to a power control process associated with a first subframe set including the subframe #i among the subframe sets, wherein the TPC information is not applied to a power control process associated with a second subframe set among the subframe sets, wherein the first subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is flexibly changeable from the configuration information, and wherein the second subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is statically set according to the configuration information.
2. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the TPC information is contained in downlink control information (DCI) format 0 or DCI format 4 containing uplink grant information for scheduling uplink data transmission in the subframe #i.
3. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the TPC information is contained in downlink control information (DCI) format 3 or DCI format 3A.
4. The method according to claim 1 , wherein association between the subframe #j and the subframe #i is determined based on uplink-downlink (UL-DL) configuration information provided from the base station.
5. The method according to claim 4 , wherein the UL-DL configuration information is provided through dynamic signaling.
6. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the uplink channel is a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) or physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH).
7. The method according to claim 1 , wherein the wireless communication system is a time division duplex (TDD) system.
8. A method for receiving an uplink signal by a base station in a wireless communication system, the method comprising: transmitting configuration information about a plurality of subframe sets to a user equipment; transmitting transmit power control (TPC) information to the user equipment in a subframe #j; and receiving the uplink signal from the user equipment on an uplink channel in a subframe #i, wherein a transmit power for the uplink channel in the subframe #i is determined based on the TPC information, wherein the TPC information is applied to a power control process associated with a first subframe set including the subframe #i among the subframe sets, wherein the TPC information is not applied to a power control process associated with a second subframe set among the subframe sets, wherein the first subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is flexibly changeable from the configuration information, and wherein the second subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is statically set according to the configuration information.
9. A user equipment for performing uplink transmit power control in a wireless communication system, comprising: a transmission module; a reception module; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: control the reception module to receive configuration information about a plurality of subframe sets from a base station; control the reception module to receive transmit power control (TPC) information from the base station in a subframe #j; and determine a transmit power for an uplink channel in a subframe #i based on the TPC information, wherein the TPC information is applied to a power control process associated with a first subframe set including the subframe #i among the subframe sets, wherein the TPC information is not applied to a power control process associated with a second subframe set among the subframe sets, wherein the first subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is flexibly changeable from the configuration information, and wherein the second subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is statically set according to the configuration information.
10. A base station for receiving an uplink signal in a wireless communication system, comprising: a transmission module; a reception module; and a processor, wherein the processor is configured to: control the transmission module to transmit configuration information about a plurality of subframe sets to a user equipment; control the transmission module to transmit transmit power control (TPC) information to the user equipment in a subframe #j; control the reception module to receive the uplink signal from the user equipment on an uplink channel in a subframe #i, wherein a transmit power for the uplink channel in the subframe #i is determined based on the TPC information, wherein the TPC information is applied to a power control process associated with a first subframe set including the subframe #i among the subframe sets, wherein the TPC information is not applied to a power control process associated with a second subframe set among the subframe sets, wherein the first subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is flexibly changeable from the configuration information, and wherein the second subframe set includes at least one subframe whose purpose of use is statically set according to the configuration information.
